Our AI advice is grounded because we're running production AI right now: Grace, our own assistant, and an internal AI ops and intelligence platform we built and operate every day. We're not reading about this from the outside. We live inside it, and we carry the consequences when something breaks.
That sits on top of two decades leading enterprise technology at large organizations: infrastructure, security, compliance, and the business systems that can't go down. So when we scope an AI engagement, we're also thinking like the architect who has to keep it running, the security lead who has to sign off on it, and the user who has to actually adopt it.
Much of that work happened in regulated environments across government, healthcare, and finance, building and running systems designed to hold up to audit and scrutiny, aligned with the controls and practices of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA. The practice is more than AI. It rests on a deep enterprise and compliance foundation.
That perspective isn't something you can fake from a slide deck. It comes from having built it, shipped it, and been on the hook for it.
